I never knew you were so musical! I love that you play all those instruments! And I am very impressed on your smarts, woman! Differential equations and physics...not subjects I could toss easily into everyday conversation! And you deserve an award for raising ten children...just sayin'! Thanks for sharing this about you!
@songoftheheart - Thanks for the rec Jo! I guess they're not subjects that come up easily in normal conversation... lol However, conversation with me is rarely normal!!!
The children are what God blessed me with, I don't deserve any awards for that, ... maybe for staying with them though? lol thanks!!!

I've loved electricity ever since I started messing with it in 7th grade shop class. And ping pong goes even further back.
Good for you on the differential equations A! I got a C- in college calculus, which blew my GPA for the rest of my four years. I found physics baffling and got out of engineering and into liberal arts as soon as I could.
@Roadkill_Spatula - thanks for stopping by. We should have a ping pong game sometime... but I hear your life is kinda busy right now?

I've been playing a "crips version of ping pong lately: if I play too long I get so red in the face I worry my friends. Course if that gives me the edge then..... lol I bet you played a great game.
you are very interesting, I played flute and would love to learn piano...but differential equations sound like high priced car parts
and electrcity scares me, it kinda goes with the physics though doesn't it...I play ping pong about like I do tennis - we mostly just retrieve theball when I play

@Peridot21 - actually, though, half my children are 16yo or older and they make perfectly wonderful babysitters... so I have more free time now than when I was a young mother with 2 or 3 children at home. sigh. thanks for wondering!

and, ah i see, that's great... actually, my sister has 7 children (which i thought was a lot til i found out you have 10 lol) but it's the same for her.. her older ones help out all the time with the younger ones.

@plantinthewindow - No, no paper clip.... but I had a refrigerator that kept shocking me when I was little... maybe I want to get back at it? lol and children? no it wasn't planned exactly but what God blessed us with. thanks!!

I'll think about it. How do you like classical?
@Tempguestbrief - i love to listen to all types of music, but the piano and oboe can be very soothing. i dont listen to much classical but that does not mean i dont like it as i will get in moods for it. the one person that i love to listen to that plays the piano is george winston. i would love to hear you play and i am sure others would too.

@LadyofWaters - well, sometimes. not all the time though, I love me some quiet.
and I've trained the children to take their noisy games outside if they really need to be loud.
