If I could afford it, I'd buy a really nice vacuum cleaner, or hire a maid...
Not what I'd do on a trip to Dallas, but sometimes, you just gotta do what you just gotta do!
I'm sure there's something better than that in Dallas.
@LadyofWaters - There's a million things to do in Dallas... I went to the chiropractor before going here, but getting extra vacuum bags is very useful to me! Especially since my vac uses hard to find ones...

I want one of those Dyson roller ball things....but what I have is a very very old hoover...oh well, it picks up the dog hair and that's really all I need

I do the vacuuming around the house between cleaning lady visits. I now like to vacuum. It gives me job satisfaction.

Once upon a time I sold vacume cleaners... (for a couple of weeks). The same vacume cleaners Sears uses to clean their corporate offices... Kirbys.
@Aloysius_son - I used to have a Kirby! They were a great vacuum, but Oh S Heavy!!!
I hope you got that sucker fixed. or bought.

@plantinthewindow - thanks! yeah; we bought a supply of bags and a new vac as the old one is getting on in years and could start having troubles anytime.
