it's an invasion.....
**Well, the bugs have done it... my swinging place....
the one I like to sit and think in.... kinda like Rose's "Let things be tree"....
too dangerous to sit there now unless I cover myself with bug repellent...
which is rather repellent....lol
I have a picture to remember it by..... until fall. (or winter even)
Where do you like to think? or are you just a swinger.... ??

Bugs are the worst thing about summer!
I like to take walks with my dogs. But only after dousing myself with insect repellent.
I hate mosquitoes with a passion. I don't go outside at night or where they are present. I don't blame you at all.
I read your profile and see you like Watchman Nee. I read most of his books years ago. I loved his book, 'The Normal Christian Life.' His teaches influence me to this day.

@angys_coco - do you think suntan lotion would work as well as repellent??? Maybe the bugs hate coconut?lol
I love a good swing! But when the bugs invade, it's a pain. Maybe put a tiki torch or something there, to help keep them away when you want to sit there? I hate bug repellant, too.

What a beautiful place. I don't really have a place any more to just think/be...maybe one day. It's a prayer of mine to have our place again--sooner hopefully, rather than later.
That swing would be the perfect place for me

I don' t like at all mosquitoes either ! But them love me !
The place where I think the most is my garden in winter or in autumn when the wind is blowing .

I hate mosquitoes and bug spray ... we lived in florida a long time ago and the best bit of information I learned there was about Avon Skin So Soft - it repels mosquitoes and lots of other things - and as far as I know it's non toxic! In fact I use it on the dogs and they smell nice and have zero fleas
my husband doesn't like the smell though, then again the little blood suckers don't bother him 
. I like to think while I'm mowing the yard ( with the push mower), only some times I think I should listen to my walkman instead - ilym
